Balance Endocrinology

Endocrinologist      MBBS, BMedSc, FRACP

Dr Henry Wong is an endocrinologist with a passion for providing comprehensive, evidence-based, quality care with an emphasis on formulating balanced, holistic, patient-centred management plans.

He completed his Bachelor of Medicine, Surgery and Medical Science degree at The University of Melbourne in 2010. He went on to complete his dual specialist physician training in both endocrinology and general medicine at Austin, Northern, Alfred and Monash Health in 2019.

Dr Wong currently has public hospital appointments at both Northern and Peninsula Health. He is an educational supervisor to a number of basic physician trainees, in addition to mentoring endocrine advanced trainees.

He welcomes referrals for all aspects of endocrinology with an interest in diabetes, thyroid disease, obstetric endocrinology, adrenal disorders, obesity and osteoporosis.

Outside of work, Henry enjoys swimming, playing tennis, hunting for Melbourne’s newest brunch cafe and spending quality time with his two young daughters.
